The machine is controlled via a 15” Touch-Panel. This innovative technology with self-explanatory and clearly structured menu navigation helps your operating personnel to familiarize with the machine within shortest time and to work efficiently right from the start.
The well proven ZENITH vibration system with 3-part vibrating table guarantees highest quality for your production. The 6 low maintenance motor vibrators are frequency-controlled and easily adjustable to different product requirements.
The back concrete feed drawer is equipped with a hydraulically operated grate. This device properly supports a fast and even filling of the mould with concrete und increases the machine’s performance.
The well proven
Surfaces that are highly strained during production, for example the running rails or guide tables, are made of special steel. These parts are fixed via screw connections and can be exchanged easily.
The compact medium-pressure hydraulic system is equipped with three robust multi-star pumps. Main machine movements are controlled via proportional technology allowing individual production speeds depending on type of product.
