Recently, Quangong Machinery’s German subsidiary Zenith, a leading concrete block machine manufacturer, held a heartfelt ceremony to celebrate employees who have devoted decades of service to the company.

QGM Mould Co., Ltd, formerly known as QGM Mould Department, has been providing mould services to global customers since its establishment in 1979. QGM Mould introduced and integrated Zenith's decades of manufacturing advanced technology to provide customization, design and production of concrete block moulds for the global market, meeting the different needs of domestic and overseas clients for concrete block moulds.

Despite the Covid 19 pandemic, production lines at Zenith Maschinenfabrik in Neunkirchen are running at full speed. Besides several circulation systems for customers in Europe, West Africa and South Asia, two fully automatic Zenith 1500-2 single pallet machines departed the factory gates in the direction of Egypt. These were orders from the Egyptian government in connection with numerous mega real estate development projects being carried out in the country.

Zenith Maschinenfabrik from Neunkirchen has commissioned another single pallet plant with its high-performance Zenith 1500 single pallet machine. This time it was in Palestine at Al Weher, a company that in a short time has been able to develop into one of the market leaders of the region. It was a remarkable project because it was carried out in cooperation with the Chinese manufacturer QGM.

The past year was very exceptional. We would like to send a positive signal right at the beginning of this year!

Mali in West Africa has mainly made international headlines in recent times because of conflicts and the related United Nations’ peace-keeping mission. Now, Zenith Maschinenfabrik from Neunkirchen has accepted an order from the Toguna Group to set up a Zenith 1500-2 high- performance single pallet machine in Bamako, the capital of Mali. The project will make a major contribution to sustainable development in the country.

The more than 25 systems installed since its launch in 2015 are a clear sign that the high-performance Zenith 1500 fully automated single pallet machine has become successfully established on the market throughout the world. The system has been continually advanced since that point in time to facilitate still more efficient and user-friendly production. The latest generation of the fully automated Zenith 1500-2 single pallet machine was presented for the first time at bauma 2019.

The Dutch concrete block manufacturer Dirksen Sierbeton approached Zenith Maschinenfabrik in the middle of 2018 with a very special request. The company was interested in a version of the travelling Zenith 940 S&C concrete block machine that needed no rails.

Tlakovci Podlesnik is a family-owned business with its headquarters in Maribor, Slovenia and more than 35 years’ experience in manufacturing concrete products. The company has developed into one of the biggest suppliers of concrete products on the Slovenian market and possesses several production halls as well as exhibition areas in Ljubljana and Graz. For 30 years now, Tlakovci Podlesnik has relied on state-of-the-art technologies from Zenith in order to maintain high standards in quality and maximum productivity.

150 visitors from Germany and abroad, including from China, India, Poland, Slovenia, and Spain, accepted the invitation by Zenith Maschinenfabrik GmbH to come to its headquarters at Neunkirchen and attend the event held on the occasion of the company’s 65th anniversary.

Betonwerk Strauch is a company based in Gedern, Germany, that has specialised in manufacturing concrete blocks. Since the end of the 1960s, this family business has set great store by functional and, at the same time, creative product solutions with its broad assortment of elements for road and landscaping construction work. Their stationary Zenith 844 multilayer machine had been in operation for 38 years.

On 6 April 2017, Zenith Maschinenfabrik GmbH from Neunkirchen organized an in-house tradeshow at one of its customers’ headquarters, Gala-Lusit-Betonsteinwerke GmbH, in the town of Velten.

In the modern concrete block manufacturing sector, relying solely on machine durability is no longer sufficient to guarantee efficient and stable production. The defining factor that sets a traditional block machine apart from a state-of-the-art QGM block making machine is the intelligence embedded in its control system—specifically, the integration of cutting-edge PLC automation technology.
