Automatic Paving Brick Making Machine is a brick making machine, mainly used to produce colored bricks, decorative bricks and pavement bricks of different specifications. Automatic Paving Brick Making Machine is a highly automated unburned brick machine. It uses fly ash, coal slag, coal gangue, tailings slag, chemical slag or natural sand, sea mud and other raw materials to produce new building materials such as pavement bricks, hollow bricks, solid bricks, blind hole bricks, permeable bricks, road paving bricks and other new building materials of various varieties and specifications. It consists of an automatic batching system, a mixing system and a molding system. Through computer automatic control technology, a variety of raw materials are fed into the mixer according to a preset ratio, and then the materials are squeezed into shape through hydraulic vibration. The molding pressure is high and the brick blank has high strength. After molding, it can be directly stacked without sintering. Automatic Paving Brick Making Machine has the characteristics of compact structure, large pressing force, strong rigidity, fully sealed and dustproof, circulating lubrication, simple operation, high output and durability. The machine adopts advanced technology, has large transmission force, stable operation, accurate placement and low maintenance rate. The machine is controlled via a 15” Touch-Panel. This innovative technology with self-explanatory and clearly structured menu navigation helps your operating personnel to familiarize with the machine within shortest time and to work efficiently right from the start.

The flexibility of the machine is provided by the height adjustable vibrating table. As a standard it allows manufacture of products with a height from 50 – 400 mm and 500 mm. As an option even the production of lower elements can be realized.

Best possible protection of operating personnel is provided by the safety concept which is permanently controlled and upgraded.

With the proven combination of mechanical quick lock, tamper head quick change device and electric height adjustment of filling units, the ZENITH 844 sets benchmarks for multilayer machines regarding mould change times and availability.

Surfaces that are highly strained during production, for example the running rails or guide tables, are made of special steel. These parts are fixed via screw connections and can be exchanged easily.

To increase the machine’s capacity, it can be outfitted with the optional ”Speed & Comfort“ package. This package includes controls and hydraulics with higher performance, back concrete feed drawer with hydraulically operated grate, frequency controlled table vibrators etc.
