With a 1,200-ton main pressure core and equipped with a Siemens PLC intelligent control system, within a 15-25 second molding cycle, the raw materials are instantly compacted through 4,800 times/minute high-frequency vibration and 660kN exciting force, and the brick body compressive strength exceeds the national standard by 30%. Equipped with a Siemens S7-1500PLC intelligent control system, it supports IoT remote monitoring and big data analysis to achieve full-process automated management of production. The unique four-dimensional material distribution system is combined with the Swedish Hardox500 wear-resistant lining to ensure uniform distribution of various types of recycled aggregates. The whole machine adopts a modular steel structure design, and the mold change time is shortened to 6 hours.
