The German Zenith 1200S Intelligent Non Burning Brick Machine combines German precision manufacturing technology with Industry 4.0 technology and is designed for the production of environmentally friendly building materials. The equipment adopts an intelligent servo vibration system and is equipped with dual 15kW high-power vibration motors with a vibration force of up to 120kN, which can complete efficient and dense molding within 12-20 seconds. Equipped with Siemens S7-1200PLC intelligent control system, it realizes automatic optimization and remote monitoring of production parameters. The innovatively developed composite material distribution system is suitable for recycled aggregates such as construction waste and fly ash, and is combined with Swedish Hardox wear-resistant steel plates to ensure uniform and accurate distribution. The whole machine adopts a modular design, supports rapid mold change within 8 hours, can produce more than 30 types of bricks, and has a daily production capacity of 18,000 standard bricks, with energy consumption reduced by 30% compared with traditional equipment.
