The grass paver permeable molding machine adopts a high-rigidity gantry hydraulic integrated structure, equipped with a dual servo motor driven vibration system and a 4000KN synchronous pressurization device. Through upper and lower pressurization combined with multi-source vibration technology, it ensures that the internal density of the produced grass pavers reaches over 98%, the compressive strength is stable in the MU10.0-MU15.0 range, and the thickness error of the finished product is strictly controlled within 1mm.

In terms of core production capabilities, a single mold can form 18 100×200×60mm paving bricks in one go, with a stable hourly production capacity of up to 2000 bricks. Relying on the brand's patented rapid mold change system, mold switching can be completed within 30 minutes without professional hoisting assistance.

It is compatible with more than 20 different specifications of building materials, including curb stones, slope protection bricks, and permeable bricks, fully meeting the diverse order needs of municipal engineering, landscaping, and real estate development projects.

1. A full-chain intelligent control system: The equipment is equipped with an industrial-grade PLC and Quanzhou's exclusive cloud service platform, enabling real-time monitoring and dynamic optimization of 32 core process parameters, such as vibration frequency and forming pressure.
It supports 0-50Hz stepless frequency adjustment vibration, and the built-in AI algorithm can automatically match the optimal vibration curve according to the particle size distribution and moisture content of different raw materials, ensuring uniform material distribution without segregation in the low-frequency stage and rapid degassing and dense forming of the green body in the high-frequency stage.
The accompanying self-diagnostic system can provide early warnings of potential problems such as hydraulic valve group wear and vibration motor malfunctions, reducing unplanned downtime by more than 30% and significantly improving the stability of continuous production line operation.
2. The innovative high-precision and high-efficiency molding process adopts a proprietary "three-stage material placement + hydraulic clamping" process. The forced material placement system uses centrifugal discharge technology to ensure uniform distribution of concrete materials within the mold box, completely avoiding industry pain points such as localized material shortages and uneven compaction.
Combined with a full-station capsule vibration damping device, the equipment operating noise is controlled below 75dB, far below the industrial production noise limit. Newly demolded bricks can be directly stacked in 5 layers without additional pallet support, saving 80% on wooden pallet procurement and daily wear costs, significantly reducing the production line's supporting investment costs.
3.
